For those who don't know much about it, Fitness Pilates is designed to work the muscles of the whole body (abdominals, lower back, thighs, glutes, calves, arms, shoulders) and to gently lengthen them. It is a non impact class that's suitable for men and women of ages, levels and abilities. It's also a great way to relax and unwind!

Benefits include; improved muscular strength, core, posture, balance, general ability to function, and improved function of the pelvic floor muscles.
